Brenda R. Sims, PhD

Brenda, a leader and problem solver, brings extensive experience in higher education and industry to corporations around the world. She offers a collaborative, creative approach to solving communication issues for both the employees and the business. She is passionate about training leaders and equipping employees with the tools they need to communicate effectively. She has worked with small start-up and Fortune 500 companies, collaborating with senior leadership, mid-level managers, subject matter experts, and front-line supervisors to develop and deliver customized training and coaching. Through an engaging presentation style, Brenda delivers innovative, interactive training, coaching, and motivational presentations.
Named a Leadership Fellow by the University of North Texas and a Fellow of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing, Brenda is a recognized influencer in North and Central Texas and around the world.
Carie S. King, PhD
Carie, an editor and ethicist, brings experience and research in medicine, publishing, nonprofit funding, and higher education. She has worked with administrators in medical centers, graduate schools, and corporations around the world to develop communication strategies, implement training, and pursue funding and research opportunities.
A Clinical Professor and the Director of Rhetoric at The University of Texas at Dallas, she is a leader, researcher, author, and award-winning instructor who teaches technical communication in engineering, performing arts, chemistry, and mathematics and mentors young faculty.
As a consultant, Carie invests to empower professionals to reach their potential, build networks, collaborate well, and communicate with purpose, building skills in authentic and concise language, and professionalism. Her mantra—"Your success equates to my success"—illustrates her focus.
Amber Lancaster, PhD
Amber, a UX specialist, brings expertise in user research and design. She has worked as a UX researcher and design consultant to enhance web and app platforms in diverse industries, including telecommunications, banking and finance, health, engineering, non-profit organizations, and education.
As Associate Professor at Oregon Tech, she teaches user research, usability, and UX methods, among other communication courses. She has more than 20 years of experience and is passionate about improving user experiences and enhancing product and services for consumers.
Amber offers a range of consulting services, including designing and implementing usability studies, evaluating UX, analyzing findings, and presenting actionable insight. She works with clients and end users to optimize business goals by solving design challenges.
David M. Lambert, MD
David is a general and laparoscopic surgeon in North Texas and owner of his own practice, Collin County Surgeons. He completed his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch of Galveston and his surgical residency at Wright State University, with a fellowship in laparoscopic surgery at Creighton University’s School of Medicine.
David has been practicing for more than 20 years and is nationally recognized for his work with the DaVinci Robotics system. He is an accomplished practitioner, communicator, researcher, and writer.
