Perhaps your employee is an emerging leader who needs coaching to develop or refine a personal brand.  We can identify why employees are not communicating effectively with coworkers, clients, or executives. We can work with emerging leaders to build their personal brand.  

We develop an individualized plan to meet employees where they are and provide them with the tools to communicate more effectively. These plans include

• working (virtually or on site) with the employee's manager to understand the objectives of the coaching 
• designing customized curriculum based on the communication goals of the employee, team, and business   
• meeting with the employee and/or team virtually or on site
• providing updates to managers to assess progress and adjust plans based on progress. 

As coaches, we specialize in helping employees improve presentation skills, develop an engaging presentation style, and prepare for major presentations. 

We use a variety of innovative techniques and tools to help employees deliver engaging, dynamic presentations to non-technical, technical, and C-suite audiences; incorporate storytelling; speak with confidence; overcome nervousness; lessen verbal pauses; and create audience-centered slides. 

Our coaching plans include the BKS Scorecard and video review. 

BKS Scorecard

The BKS Scorecard tracks how the client has improved and where the coach should focus the learning and curriculum. The Scorecard is an innovative tool to document improvement for managers and employees.  

Video Review

We use the employee’s previously recorded presentations to understand strengths and areas needing improvement and to create the baseline BKS Scorecard. 

The employee may also be recorded in presentations, meetings, and/or coaching sessions. 

The BKS Team is uniquely qualified to coach employees to improve their written communication. We are experienced and award-winning writing instructors and writers. We understand not only how to write effectively in a variety of industries and formats but also how to teach others to write effectively. We specialize in STEM, strategic, proposal, grant, and business writing.

We use a variety of techniques to help employees improve their written communication:

• BKS Scorecard 
• Video lectures to introduce concepts 
• Interactive coaching sessions 
• Written assessment of writing before, during, and after coaching sessions.

We can also coach using certified ESL instruction methods that have proven effective with professionals who are in China, Mexico, Turkey, Russia, India, Thailand, and other nations but are writing in English.
